Toad Suck Mini Golf — Name-the-Cartoon Contest Rules

Entry

• Open to residents of the United States. Entrants must be at least 13 years old. If the entry is submitted on behalf of a child under 13, the child’s parent or legal guardian must submit and agree to the terms.

• To enter, submit the entry form with your chosen name of our Physics Adventure SIgns. One entry per person.

Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be radomally selected by Toad Suck Mini Golf.

• The winner will be notified via facebook. The winner will be notified via facebook and will need to contact us to collect. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize

• The winner will receive a $300 gift package from Toad Suck Mini Golf.

• The winner will also receive a custom cartoon image of the chosen person (or child, if submitted on their behalf). The cartoon will be displayed on physics signs at Toad Suck Mini Golf
